Q: When should I expect my order?
A: We make every effort to ship your order the same day. If we receive your order after 4:00 PM we may have to ship it the next business day.
Most items are always in stock. In the few instances that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know.
If you do not receive an email within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all of your orders. Click the date of the order that you want to check.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: You can see an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice that you see before confirming your order.
